Bamboo plank for the DeLuxe concrete bench

The name DeLuxe stands for bamboo in HeBlad's concrete benches. Bamboo seating and, in some cases, also a bamboo backrest. Bamboo is durable, weather-resistant and strong. Unfortunately, bamboo is less resistant to vandalism than concrete. The bamboo planks can be damaged by, for example, being cut into. The weather also has more influence on bamboo than on concrete. Therefore, the concrete bench or picnic set may still be in excellent condition, but the bamboo parts need to be replaced. If this is ever the case, you won't need to purchase an entirely new bench.

Straight bamboo planks for renewal

By replacing the bamboo plank or planks that are damaged or weathered, you will have a completely new-looking bench or seating area. Choose the sustainable and less expensive solution. Can the bamboo planks also be placed on other benches? You can also use this straight bamboo plank to replace planks on benches that do not come from HeBlad. In this case it's good to keep in mind that the shelves are designed for HeBlad products and that the mounting holes are pre-drilled at a distance of 111 cm center to center.

Delivery of the straight bamboo plank

When will the straight bamboo plank be delivered? The plank will be sent to you immediately after placing your order. This allows you to quickly install a new plank if you notice damage or weathering. Use an Allen key to assemble the bamboo plank. You can order this Allen key separately from HeBlad, if you do not have one yourself.

What is the advantage of Bamboo?

Bamboo has the property that it can withstand moisture and temperature fluctuations better than traditional types of wood. The material 'wrings' much less and the shrinkage and expansion coefficient is low.

Does the concrete table need to be level?

No, that is not always necessary.

Unlike a billiards or table football table, the ball does not have to roll.
Football tables: Only our football tables must be placed level!!
Ping pong tables and foot volleyball tables: We place these with the bottom in place. In this way, the height of the table, measured relative to your feet, is the same on both sides. This is certainly an advantage if the children play the game "Around the table". They then do not have to adapt to a height difference. After all, if the table were level and the floor sloped, the table would feel higher on one side compared to the other.
Benches and picnic sets: In principle, these are all placed with the bottom. Our driver always ensures that the products cannot 'wobble'.

Is there a guarantee on our tables?

We provide a 10-year warranty on the construction of the tables and a 5-year warranty on the adhesion of the paint.

Can advertising also be placed on your products?

Advertising on our tables can often help associations and schools find a sponsor. We only offer advertisement options when ordering a concrete table football game. Our name can be seen in the stainless steel plate behind both goals as standard. It is possible to have a sponsor name or logo made here. The costs are not too high and the delivery time will be a few weeks longer.
