Delivery

 

Almost all of our products are available from stock. The delivery time is between 0 - 4 working weeks. We will contact you one or two days in advance about the delivery. If it is not convenient for you at that time, delivery will automatically be postponed to our next trip in your region. From that moment on, delivery time is again between 0 - 6 working weeks. You will then also be called 1 or 2 days in advance.

 

Delivery takes place via the loading/unloading crane on our truck of approximately 14 meters long. This crane has a reach of up to 5 meters. Our product can then be further moved with a pallet truck, provided the route is accessible (flat, paved and without obstacles). In any case, someone must be present at the delivery to indicate the correct location. When the table needs to be rolled to the final location, at least 1 person must be present to help to push.

 

For some products, it is not possible to roll them to their final destination with a pallet truck. This applies to the standing table, the picnic set XL, concrete benches with base plate and the separate base plates.
Bottom plates will be placed at ground level. When the ground is level at the appropriate height, we can place the base plates in the right place with the crane, provided this is within 5 meters of our truck. As far as the standing table, the Picnic table XL, game tables and concrete benches with base plate are concerned: the final destination must be accessible with the crane of our truck. So, within 5 meters of the truck.

Terms and conditions

 

  • Delivery and installation are free of charge in the Netherlands. For deliveries to the Wadden Islands, the boat costs will be at your own expense. Additional costs will be automatically charged for deliveries in other regions.
  • Your order is guaranteed to be delivered within 4 working weeks.
  • We can only unload concrete base plates and products with a (fixed) concrete base plate within 5 meters of the truck. We cannot move or install these afterwards.
  • If at the time of delivery it appears that it is impossible for us to place the table at the final destination, we will unload the table at a location designated by you, as close as possible to the actual destination. The further installation and the costs involved will then naturally be your responsibility. If you cancel the order at that time, you will be charged additional costs.
  • Invoicing takes place after delivery.
  • Payment term: within 14 days after invoice date or payment in advance.
